From the foot of the Loibenberg, grown on weathered gneiss from the Mentlgraben gully. Lemon zest and white pepper dominate the nose, with a yeasty, faintly earthy undercurrent. On the palate, bright citrus freshness drives forward, zesty, clean, and peppery, with a stony mineral note that surfaces mid-palate and carries through to the finish. Bone-dry, tightly-knit, and built for near-term drinking at its liveliest.
