Brovia Barolo Brea Vigna Ca' Mia 2022

Dark, brooding, and turned inward, Ca' Mia in 2022 is very much a wine of Serra Lunga's wilder character. Macerated cherry, sage, wet gravel, menthol and a deep vein of licorice and coffee all point toward something serious and still resolving. The tannins are dense and grip firmly, the whole structure wound tight around a core of considerable depth. Give it five or more years before it begins to open its hand. Drink 2029–2045.
