The palate is bone-dry and creamy from five months on gross lees in large barrels, with a smooth, yeasty weight that gives it presence without heaviness. Zesty orange peel cuts through on the finish alongside a phenolic grip that pulls everything together and amplifies the florals rather than dampening them. Bold and structured, but disciplined.
