Pinot Noir vinified white and aged eight months in amphora, this glows golden with the faintest blush. Cherry skin and a quiet creaminess on the nose. The palate is plush and seamless — melted butter, soft fruit, a gentle phenolic grip providing just enough backbone. The finish lingers longer than you'd expect.
