Weinbach Les Vignes du Précheur 2021

A field blend of five varieties, Riesling, Auxerrois, Pinot Gris, Sylvaner and Muscat, from the Précheur lieu-dit just below Furstentum Grand Cru, vinified in two co-fermented lots before blending. Light on its feet, with a delicate aromatic lift and a clean, bone-dry finish driven by precise, linear acidity. Nimble and refreshing rather than complex.
