Semillon and Semillon Gris, whole bunch pressed and aged in foudres. The nose is lean and mineral-driven, yellow plum, lanolin and a saline coastal lift that sharpens as the wine opens up. On the palate, yellow fruit gives way to nectarine and pink grapefruit, with a bright, mouth-watering sourness threading through to the finish. Layered and intellectually engaging, this is Semillon showing genuine complexity.
