Terre Nere Etna Rosso Santo Spirito 2021

Earthy and mineral-driven with wild strawberry, herbs and volcanic dust. The palate shows lovely tension. Bright acidity cuts through red berry fruit while floral notes lift the mid-palate. Finishes with licorice spice and cranberry tartness, the tannins light but grippy. Young and tightly wound now, but the underlying elegance suggests rewarding development ahead.
