Sourced from parcels along Schoenenbourg Grand Cru, the exposed flank of Sporen, and towards Kientzheim, this Riesling-led blend opens with candied lemon once any early reduction clears. The palate is surprisingly broad and cushioned, concentrated yet lifted, with soft fruit and a streak of pithy bitterness that keeps the mouth alive. Bone-dry through the finish, with a sharp ginger edge that lingers cleanly.
