Drawn from iron-rich limestone on the Hengst's north face and old vines on the Turckheim plain, this has real textural interest, a subtle pithy grip underpins what is otherwise a sleek, linear wine. Mirabelle and candied lemon on the nose, vivid and clean. The palate is bright and streamlined, with a creamy buffer that softens without blurring the precision. Finishes bone-dry and zesty, with good length.
