Josmeyer Riesling Hengst Grand Cru 2021

A whisper of oxidative spice on the nose — baked apple dusted with cinnamon — the result of Isabelle Josmeyer's deliberately light hand with sulfur. The palate delivers more of that warming spice but with real precision underneath, dry and concentrated with the kind of buffered balance that defines 2021 in Alsace. The finish is luminous and clean.
