Hugel Gewurztraminer Estate 2021

Sourced from younger vines on the lighter soils of Sporen Grand Cru, this has the kind of cut you rarely find in Gewurztraminer. Orange peel and Damask rose on the nose, the rose gaining presence with air. The palate is all citrus zest and precision, 14 g/L of residual sugar barely registers, folded cleanly into the fruit rather than sweetening the finish.
