Crushed stone and anise lead, with blackberry and garrigue building slowly behind. The tannins are the story here. Fine-grained and pithy, providing both grip and precision. Deep minerality drives through the finish. Still wound tight, but this has the bones to go the distance. The best Hill of Grace since 2018. Drink 2031-2055.
