Familia Nin Ortiz La Coma D'en Romeu 2021

Whole-cluster Garnatxa from one of Priorat's most singular vineyards. Dried lavender, violet and crushed herbs on the nose, with a clean thread of cherry and wild strawberry running through. In the mouth it's dry and spare, chalky in texture, almost weightless, yet there's a firm structural core underneath that gives this real staying power. Quieter than most Priorat, but no less serious for the restraint.
