Dirler-Cadé Riesling Kessler Grand Cru 2021

Triassic sandstone from the lower slope gives this a richer foundation than you might expect from Kessler, yet the palate is all tension and precision, taut, focused, cutting a clean line from start to finish. Lemon pith and crushed stone drive through to a pure, extended finish that lingers without softening. Dry at 4 g/L RS, and every bit of that concentration earns its place.
