Candied ginger, ripe quince and a whisper of rose petal on the nose — lush but never heavy. The palate opens up with more tension than you'd expect: 18 g/L of residual sugar, yet the acidity cuts through with real purpose, pushing white pepper and zesty citrus pith to the fore. Spicier and more animated than previous vintages, with a finish that lingers cleanly. Just 700 bottles made.
