Ceritas Pinot Noir Elliott 2021

Dark-fruited and generous, the Elliott pours deep ruby and opens with ripe blackberry, black plum, and a touch of dried violet. There's a plushness here that's atypical for the West Sonoma Coast, more weight in the mid-palate, more saturating fruit, but the underlying structure keeps it grounded rather than indulgent. Supple tannins and enough acidity to hold the whole thing together with real presence and authority.
