Century-old vines show their age in the best way. Smoke and dried citrus peel on the nose, with a whisper of linden tisane. The palate is where this really opens up, creamy and round, with a fine dustiness that speaks directly to Sporen's sand and marl soils. Apricot and lemon move through it, but the real story is the foundation: luminous, perfectly balanced, bone-dry.
