Barmès-Buecher Riesling Leimental 2021

Tangerine peel, orange zest and ripe citrus blossom lead a generous, aromatic nose, seductive and immediate. On the palate, the roundness of full malolactic and 50-year-old vines on heavy clay over weathered limestone gives this real textural presence, while the bone-dry finish pulls everything back into focus with clean lemon brightness. Vinified as a single parcel within the Rosenberg lieu-dit since 1985, it's a wine with clear identity: plump and fragrant, yet grounded by the leanness of the 2021 vintage.
