Reticent on the nose, just a whisper of lemon, nothing more. But the palate opens up with surprising generosity: concentrated yet weightless, with a silky juiciness and real yeast-derived richness that fills out the frame beautifully. From a granite site at 400m, enclosed by forest, the 2013-planted vines deliver something quietly elegant. Eleven months on gross lees in a mix of steel and used barrel have left their mark in the best way, pristine and balanced, finishing on a note of clean citrus purity.
