Whole-bunch character dominates — lifted, floral, and faintly reductive on the nose, with a cool mineral edge cutting through. On the palate, redcurrant fruit is threaded with rose hip and white pepper, the whole thing impossibly lean and precise. There's real depth hiding in that slender frame, and the finish lingers with lovely composure.
