Albert Mann Pinot Noir Grand P 2021

From the Pfersigberg, harvested several days after Hengst with yields cut 10–15% through strict selection. Smoke, flint and redcurrant on the nose, with tar and peony adding depth. Cool-vintage character carries through to the palate, tart raspberry, redcurrant and red cherry, aromatic and lifted, moving across a lean, weightless frame. Ceylon tea tannins and white pepper trail into the finish, with a faint thread of clove. Calm, precise, beautifully composed.
