Smoke and stone on the nose, understated and precise. Ripe white pear and orchard fruit fill the palate, held taut by a driving 7.1 g/L acidity that makes short work of the 9 g/L residual sugar, you barely sense the sweetness. The finish is long, lean, and purposeful. Furstentum rewards patience; give it a decade and this will be something to reckon with.
