The palate tells a more interesting story, textured and expansive, with ripe pear flesh framed by a grippy, phenolic edge that calls to mind russet pear skin. Riesling's cutting acidity pulls everything back to the mineral core, softened just enough by a lactic thread running underneath. Bone-dry.
