The palate opens with surprising softness — fresh and baked stone fruit up front, generous and inviting, though the real story is underneath: cool, stony depth and a concentration that the fruit charm temporarily obscures. Bone dry, with a finish that turns salty and zesty, the balance here is almost unsettling in its completeness. From just 1.6 hectares within Rosacker Grand Cru, this needs time to let the minerality fully take the wheel.
