The palate is cool-toned and gently textured, a squeeze of lemon threading through the roundness. For a field blend from Triassic marl in the narrow Bergenbach valley, it carries real serenity, 35 g/L of residual sugar lands as off-dry rather than sweet, the balance is that assured.
