A genuinely singular white from Pla de Manlleu, blending Roussanne, Marsanne, Parellada, Montonega and Chenin Blanc, barrel-aged twelve months, then rested in bottle for two. White peach, green apple and acacia blossom open things up, followed by a savory, talc-dusted texture that gives the wine its character. Full-bodied without tipping into heaviness, dry and grounded with a mineral undercurrent that speaks clearly of Priorat. Idiosyncratic winemaking, confidently executed.
