Ceritas Pinot Noir Elliott 2020

Dark, brooding, and wound tight — the Elliott demands patience. Black cherry, sage, graphite and scorched earth are all present, but the tannins are dense enough right now to muffle the message. Mid-weight in frame but serious in intent, with a licorice-laced finish that hints at real depth underneath the austerity. Give it three to five years and check back.
