Sixty-to-seventy-year-old Mosel-origin vines on Kientzheim limestone, you can taste the address. The nose is restrained, slowly releasing ripe peach and chalk dust, but the palate is where this really delivers: razor-edged lemon, cool stone, and a bone-dry finish that refuses to acknowledge 2020's heat. Stainless steel was the right call, anything richer and you'd lose this precision. Quietly impressive.
