Candied orange peel and ripe peach on the nose, with a bright citrus lift cutting through the sweetness. The palate delivers apricot compote and botrytis-driven richness, but it's the finish that commands attention — a razor-sharp streak of lemon pulling everything taut and vivid. At 72g/L residual sugar, it reads sweet without ever feeling heavy.
