On the palate it opens up considerably: generous ripe pear, baking spice, and the unmistakable warmth of a generous vintage. Acidity holds the line against the fruit weight, keeping things honest. The 12g/L residual sugar rounds the finish without pushing it toward sweetness for its own sake.
