WineSaint
Cedar, plum and sour cherry lead, with a faint resinous note, pine needles, almost, threading through the nose alongside vanilla from the foudre aging. Dry and composed on entry, chalky in texture without tipping into austerity, the tannins offering genuine grip while still being generous. There's a firmness underneath that keeps the wine honest, preventing the fruit from going soft or plush. Taut, alive, and already drinking well, but with real road ahead of it.
