The Sadie Family Wines Palladius 2019

Pure Stellenbosch Chenin from Eben Sadie. The nose is taut and focused, sea spray, fern, and a thread of lanolin. On the palate, saline and faintly nutty, with a keen line of acidity that cuts cleanly through to a finish edged with sour lemon. Beautifully proportioned, with enough coiled tension to reward patience. Drink 2024–2028.
