Chalk dust and white pepper lead the charge, with lemon zest and a flinty edge giving the nose real definition. The 50/50 blend of Pinot and Chardonnay pulls in both directions at once, there's genuine weight here, but the acidity keeps everything taut and alive. At just 2g/L dosage, the terroir has nowhere to hide, and it doesn't need to. Finishes long, with a briny, oyster-shell lift that lingers.
