Aromatic and generous, with saffron, jasmine, and dried flowers giving way to baked apple and lemon peel. More time open coaxes out white peach and apricot, deepening the picture. There's real tension underneath all that fruit, concentrated but coiled, finishing with a bright snap of tangerine peel.
