Ceritas Pinot Noir Cuve Chlo 2019

Sourced from three tightly spaced blocks on hard sandstone at the DuMOL estate, this blend of Swan, 943, and Calera clones is approachable and easy to like. Sweet red cherry, blood orange, and a lift of exotic spice lead, with soft plum rounding out the mid-palate. The texture is gentle and giving, there's a quiet sweetness at the center that makes this an uncomplicated pleasure. Less layered than some of its stablemates, but that's not really the point here. Drink now through 2025.
