Ceritas Chardonnay Porter-Bass 2019

Dried lemon peel, chamomile, mint and pressed wildflowers, this is Chardonnay that floats rather than pushes. The north-facing block exposure delays harvest by two weeks, and that extra hang time shows in the detail and composure of the fruit. Medium-bodied, airy and layered without any sense of weight, with a floral lift that carries through a long, graceful finish. Power is entirely implicit here. One of the standout wines in the Ceritas lineup.
