Bott-Geyl Riesling Schlossberg Grand Cru 2019

From a sheltered granite parcel called ImTal, this is a wine of cool restraint and quiet precision. Dried citrus peel, lime zest, and a faint herbal balm on the nose, still finding its footing. The palate is lean and stony, moving with an almost alpine clarity, all cut and mineral drive with no excess weight. That 6g/L of residual sugar vanishes completely; this reads bone dry. Lingers with understated persistence. Give it time.
