Piercing and layered, with candied citrus peel, wet stone, fresh mint, and a faint exotic spice that drifts in and out. The Clos Windsbuhl site gives this an almost electric tension, intensely concentrated yet impossibly light on its feet. Opens beautifully with air and shows no sign of tiring.
