Zind Humbrecht Pinot Gris Clos Windsbuhl 2018

Richly concentrated, with dried apricot, tangerine oil, passion fruit and pressed flowers layered through a palate that still carries some taut, austere edges. Give it a year or two to settle and integrate — the depth is clearly there.
