Dark cherry, blackberry and baking spice flow with impressive intensity from this Kirschenmann fruit. The structure feels perfectly calibrated. Concentrated yet graceful, with polished tannins that support rather than dominate. Cedar and warm spice notes linger on the finish. Already drinking beautifully but should develop further complexity over the next few years.
