Pure Pinot Meunier from massal selection vines planted in the 1970s, aged in old oak. Smoke and charred lemon rind on the nose, with an earthy, stony undercurrent. On the palate, tart apple and wet slate give way to a quiet brioche warmth, with fine, persistent bubbles threading through to a long, chalky close. Elegant and composed, with real aging potential ahead.
