Wet slate, citrus blossom, and a saline lift open the nose with real precision and intensity. Tangerine oil, crushed stone, and a thread of white florals carry through on the palate, underpinned by searingly focused acidity that keeps everything taut and driven. From ungrafted vines on Roter Hang's red slope, the concentration here is serious without sacrificing freshness. Impressive now, but this has the structure and depth to develop beautifully over the next decade and beyond. Drink 2023–2035.
