Dense blackberry and blueberry fruit meets crushed violets and licorice root on the palate. Georgia's Paddock delivers classic Heathcote power from its Cambrian greenstone soils. Concentrated yet vibrant, with kirsch and charred plum building through the mid-palate. The tannins are formidable, chewy and still tightly wound. Needs cellaring to integrate. A brooding, structured Shiraz built for the long haul.
