Guillaume d'Angerville's first Pinot from Pélican is a revelation. Bright and lifted, with red cherry, blood orange, rose petal and a whisper of cinnamon threading through seamlessly. The balance is impeccable — saline, energetic and long on the finish. Compelling now from magnum, but this has the bones to reward patience.
