Mt. Eden Clone from a steep Sonoma Coast parcel, the Zephyr is an introverted wine that earns your attention. Lemon oil, crushed stone, white blossom and a savory, almost herbal undercurrent. Lean-framed and precisely cut, with the kind of firm acidity this corner of the coast produces so naturally. It doesn't open up all at once, give it time in the glass, or better yet, a few years in the cellar.
