Toasted walnut, dried chamomile, almond paste, and brioche crust — the Curon plot shows more lift and definition than Tissot's En Spois from the same vintage, with that characteristic Vin Jaune oxidative depth kept firmly in check. Dense without being ponderous, it finishes with a persistence that outlasts expectation.
