Black cherry, cherry liqueur and crushed violet on the nose, deepened by incense, exotic spice and a faint thread of floral oil. Entry is dense and saturating — dark fruit and spice cake flooding the mouth — anchored by a juicy, bright seam of acidity that keeps everything honest. Tannins are firm and youthful, building grip through the mid-palate and driving toward a long, penetrating finish of smoky mineral and dark berry. This has the structure and concentration to reward serious patience. Hold until at least 2027; it will repay another decade beyond that.
