Pure Pinot Noir with real depth for what was a tricky vintage. Dried cherry and red plum carry a floral lift — chamomile, a touch of dried rose — with stony, flinty undercurrents threading through the finish. Fine bubbles and a silky texture without any sense of weight. The 4g/L dosage sits exactly right, keeping everything taut and focused. Drinking beautifully now.
