Chenin Blanc from two granite-soiled vineyards above False Bay, fermented and aged in neutral old wood. The nose is inviting and precise, yellow plum, lemon thyme, and a gentle lemon curd note, everything in sharp focus. Citrus pith, white peach, and guava carry across the palate, supported by well-calibrated acidity and a saline pull toward the finish. A confident, polished debut.
