Soft in texture yet alive with brisk acidity and a clean saline-mineral undercurrent that keeps everything focused. Spiced orange rind and grapefruit linger on a finish lifted by delicate inner florals. At just 12.5% abv, it carries surprising presence without weight, a genuinely lovely wine.
